LITTLES MINISTRY - ANA OSBORN

I have a deep passion for teaching and caring for the littles

from infancy through five years old, and I see this role as both a calling and a responsibility. Each day, I intentionally engage with every child through hands-on interaction, play-based learning, worship time, and age-appropriate Bible stories that introduce them to the love of Jesus in meaningful ways. I believe these early years are foundational, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and free to grow.

I am actively involved in meeting the individual needs of each child, whether that means comforting an infant, guiding a toddler through social and emotional development, or encouraging a preschooler as they begin to understand faith, kindness, and obedience. I focus on building trust and consistency, knowing that strong relationships help children feel confident and supported. Through gentle guidance, patience, and positive reinforcement, I aim to reflect Christ’s love in every interaction.

In addition to teaching, I am attentive to the overall well-being of the children in my care, ensuring they are safe, engaged, and cared for throughout their time at church. I work closely with other volunteers and leaders to maintain a structured yet joyful environment that supports both learning and fun. My ultimate goal is to partner with families and the church to help lay a strong spiritual foundation, planting seeds of faith that will continue to grow as these children develop and mature.
