CARROL BEVIS FRENZEL - Children and Youth Director

As the Youth and Children’s Director at RiseUp Church, I have the privilege of serving in a role that is both deeply meaningful and incredibly rewarding. This position allows me to stand as a committed advocate for our children, our youth, and the dedicated teachers who pour into their lives each week. I oversee programs that are intentionally designed to be engaging, faith-building, and fun, while also creating a safe and encouraging environment where young people can grow spiritually, socially, and emotionally. Supporting and equipping our volunteers is a core part of my role, ensuring they feel valued, prepared, and empowered to lead with confidence. Watching children discover their identity in Christ, build lasting relationships, and develop a genuine love for church makes this calling not only joyful, but profoundly impactful.

My goal is to help each child grow in their relationship with Jesus while fostering an environment of joy, curiosity, and spiritual growth. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their lives and to watch God work through them in incredible ways.
